Will the AI submit candidates to clients on its own?
No. Hard rule. The AI screens, ranks, books first-stage calls, and chases paperwork — but every client submission gets a human consultant sign-off. Your name still lands on the placement. We're a 24/7 research and admin layer, not a black-box submission engine.
How do you handle bias in CV screening?
The ranking layer only sees role-relevant fields (skills, experience, location, eligibility, certifications). Names, photos, ages, schools and protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 are masked. Every match-or-reject decision is logged with the reason — defensible at tribunal and clear to your compliance officer.
Will candidates spot it's AI?
First message says "AI assistant at [agency name]" plainly. UK candidate feedback across our pilots: 78% prefer a 60-second reply at midnight to a slow human reply on Tuesday. The other 22% press for a human and get routed to your consultant within 15 minutes during opening hours. Nobody is tricked.
What about right-to-work and DBS?
The AI collects and formats — it never approves. ID, address, qualifications and DBS evidence comes in via secure upload links and lands pre-filled on your compliance officer's screen. They run the actual check against gov.uk, UKVI or DBS Update. We don't make eligibility decisions; we just make sure nothing is missing.
