No — prices exclude VAT (20%). UK-registered businesses can usually reclaim it.

How long is the contract?

Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. No annual lock-ins.

What’s the setup fee for?

A one-time £995 onboarding covers the Business Brain build, agent training on your brand voice, and integration with your tools. Waived for the first 25 launch clients.

What if I outgrow my tier?

You can move up any time, pro-rated. Moving down requires 30 days’ notice and takes effect next billing cycle.
