Voiceflow lets you build it. CLOSER lets you skip the build.
Voiceflow is a great canvas if you want to design a conversation agent from the ground up — they're a tool for builders, agencies, and product teams. CLOSER is a finished AI agent we run for you: WhatsApp, web chat, email, voice, social DMs, with sector-tuned scripts already written. If you'd rather not learn a new design canvas and just want messages answered tomorrow, this page is for you.

Two completely different things, often confused
Voiceflow and CLOSER both have the word "agent" on them, so they get bracketed together in Google searches. They're really two different products. Voiceflow is a design tool — like Figma, but for conversation flows. You drag nodes onto a canvas, wire up logic, connect APIs, then deploy. It's powerful, and if you've got an in-house developer and time, you can build almost anything on it.
CLOSER is a finished product. You give us your business — your sector, your typical questions, your booking system — and we plug in an agent that answers messages from day one. There's nothing to design. Most clients are live inside 14 days, and the agent already knows what an MOT, a recall, or a discovery call is because we've tuned it across 20+ sectors.
The honest answer to "which is right for me?" is in the table below.
Voiceflow: you build it.
Drag nodes onto a canvas. Wire APIs. Test. Deploy. Iterate. Repeat.
CLOSER: we run it.
Already answering messages, live, across our client base — as you read this.

Where Voiceflow genuinely wins
You want full design control. If you have a unique flow nobody else has — bespoke compliance gates, weird integrations with a custom ERP, a brand voice you want literally pixel-perfect — Voiceflow's canvas gives you that. CLOSER is opinionated. We have a way we do things across 20 sectors. If your business is the 21st sector that doesn't fit any pattern, build it on Voiceflow.
You have a developer (or are one). Voiceflow's value compounds when there's someone in-house who can iterate the flows weekly. Their integrations into custom APIs, vector DBs, and analytics tools are properly engineered. CLOSER is for owners who don't want to touch any of that.
You're an agency selling to your clients. Voiceflow's pricing model and white-label options work well for resellers. CLOSER is a direct B2B SMB product — we don't currently white-label.
Where we genuinely win
Time to live. 14 days from signature to first answered message vs the typical 6–12 weeks of building from scratch. That's the difference between catching this quarter's missed calls and catching next quarter's.
Sector knowledge already in the box. We know what an EICR, a CQC inspection, an MOT, a discovery call, a survey booking, and a recall sweep are because we've shipped to 20 UK sectors. Voiceflow's canvas is blank.
Total cost of ownership. £199/mo all-in for Solo, including hosting, model costs, channel licences, and us running it. Building on Voiceflow you pay seats + model API + your developer's time + ongoing maintenance. For a typical SMB it's usually 4–7x more to build than to plug us in.
24/7 cover from day one. No scheduling logic to write. The agent answers at 03:17 because that's what plug-in-and-run means.
One throat to choke. When something goes wrong on Voiceflow, is it the canvas, the model, the integration, your code, or the channel API? With CLOSER it's us, every time.
What the maths usually look like
A typical 3-van trades firm we onboard runs the numbers like this: they were missing about 60 calls a month. At an average £200 callout fee and a 35% close rate, that's £4,200/mo of work walking past the answerphone. CLOSER Solo at £199/mo recovers most of it inside the first month. To build the equivalent on Voiceflow they'd pay roughly £40–£70/mo in seats + £100–£300/mo in model + channel costs + a developer's time at £350–£500/day. For most SMBs, the build path doesn't break even inside 12 months.
Quick ROI check
So which one?
Pick Voiceflow if you have an in-house developer, you want full design control, you're an agency, or your use case is genuinely bespoke.
Pick CLOSER if you're a UK SMB, you've been losing messages, and you'd like it answered tomorrow without becoming a part-time prompt engineer.
If you're not sure, book a 20-minute call. We'll tell you honestly which one fits — and we send people to Voiceflow regularly when it does.
