Integrations

We plug into the tools you already use.

You do not need a rip-and-replace project to use Agent Networks. We connect to the software already running your enquiries, bookings, inboxes and cash admin. We show what we read, what we write, and what stays held for approval.

Start read-only, approval-led, or live where it is safe. The boundaries stay visible.

Workflow first

Grouped by job, not by logo wall

Most integration pages are just a pile of badges. That does not help buyers. The real question is simple: what job gets done once the tools are connected? Show the workflow first, then the logos.

All workflows

The full board shows lead capture, customer replies, cash control and approvals together.

Leads

Forms, inboxes, call logs and CRM entries come into one queue so fast follow-up stops depending on memory.

Customers

WhatsApp, email, web chat and booking requests are answered, routed or held based on the rules you set.

Cash

Invoices, payment statuses and promise-to-pay notes are tracked so overdue cash does not sit invisible.

Approvals

Sensitive wording, exceptions and edge cases wait in a hold lane instead of being auto-sent blindly.

Setup

Setup in plain English

We map the job first, then decide what runs automatically and what stays approval-led.

Map the job

We map the job you want off your desk.

Connect the tools

We connect the tools already involved.

Define control

We define what runs automatically and what waits for approval.

Watch the queue

You watch the queue for the first week, then widen control if you want to.

Not listed?

If your tool is not listed

That does not mean no. It means we map the job first, then decide whether the right answer is a native integration, an inbox workflow, a spreadsheet handoff, a webhook, or a small custom bridge.

FAQ

Start simple. Widen later.

Do we need to change software?

Usually no. We start with the stack already in use.

Can you work with Microsoft 365 instead of Google?

Yes. Outlook and M365 workflows matter for UK SMEs, so they are treated as normal, not edge cases.

Do you replace our CRM?

No. Usually we make the current CRM more useful by keeping it updated.

Can we start read-only?

Yes. Read-only and approval-led starts are a normal first step.

What if a tool has no public API?

We can often still automate around inboxes, forms, exports, sheets or light custom bridges.

Who sees the data?

Only the workflows and people you explicitly allow. Sensitive items can be held instead of auto-sent.

Show us your stack. We will show the job path.

No logo wall theatre. Just the tools you already use, the workflow you want off your desk, and clear boundaries for what runs live versus what waits for approval.
