What we collect

If you fill in any form on this site — waitlist, contact, blog notify — we collect your email address, and if you provide them, your name, company, and phone number. We also keep standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) for 30 days to detect abuse and debug issues.

If you become a pilot client, the data we process on your behalf is governed by the separate pilot agreement we sign with you, not this notice.

What we do with it

We use your contact details for one thing: to contact you about Agent Networks. That means a reply to your enquiry, an update when your waitlist position moves, or the weekly Insights post if you signed up for it.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not run advertising on this site, so we do not share data with ad networks.
• Our agents (the AI ones — MAVEN, FORGE, SAGE, etc.) may read and act on your enquiry. Every customer interaction starts with explicit AI disclosure.
• Data is stored on UK/EU servers. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK/EU.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask us to:

• Show you everything we hold about you — we'll send it within 30 days.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it all — we'll do this unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
• Export it in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent — every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.

We hold contact data for 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, then delete it. If you've never made contact and never opened a message in 24 months, you go too.

You can also complain to the UK ICO at ico.org.uk if you think we've handled your data badly. We'd prefer you told us first.
