Cookies Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on agentnetworks.co.uk, why we use them, and how you can control them. This sits alongside our Privacy Policy and GDPR Rights page.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies (local storage, session storage) where useful. Together, these let a site remember choices, measure traffic, or keep you logged in.

UK law on cookies sits under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) alongside UK GDPR. We follow both.

2. The short version

✅ Strictly necessary

Set without consent. Keep the site working.

📊 Analytics

Off by default. Only set if you opt in.

📣 Marketing

None. We don't run ad-tracking pixels.

🌍 Third-party

Only what's listed in section 4.

Plain English: we set the bare minimum to make the site work. We don't track you across the web. We don't sell your data. You can clear everything from your browser settings at any time.

3. Cookies we set directly

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under PECR. They are set the first time you load the site and are essential for it to function correctly. We do not use them for analytics, profiling, or advertising.

4. Third-party services

A handful of pages load resources from third parties. Where those resources can set cookies, they are listed below. We only load them when the page actually needs them — there is no third-party fingerprinting or ad-tech on this site.

Google FontsAll pagesServes the Inter web font. Sets no cookies, but does receive an IP address as part of the font request.policies.google.com
CloudflareAll pages (CDN + DNS)Edge-level security and performance. May set __cf_bm bot-management cookie. Strictly necessary under PECR.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Microsoft 365 (Bookings)Only when you click "Book a call" and land on a booking widgetCalendar booking. Sets its own cookies on the booking page only — none on agentnetworks.co.uk.privacy.microsoft.com

5. What we do not use

6. Your choices

You can control cookies in three ways:

7. Cookies set by AI-agent interactions

When one of our AI agents (e.g. MAVEN, CLOSER, SHIELD) handles a conversation initiated from a client's site or inbox, we may set a conversation-id cookie on the client's domain — not on agentnetworks.co.uk. Those cookies are governed by the client's own privacy notice. We disclose AI involvement at first contact, log every interaction, and isolate each client's data — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change what we set or who we work with, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be flagged in the cookie banner on your next visit.
