  • Mature inbox tooling. If you have a 15+ person support team and need ticketing macros, SLA dashboards, supervisor consoles — Intercom is genuinely best-in-class. We're not building those.
  • Help Centre + product tours. Intercom's docs/help-centre stack is excellent. We don't have one.
  • Big-brand enterprise integrations. If you need Salesforce-CPQ-deep, Intercom has more out-of-the-box connectors than we do.
