How does it know my pricing?

During setup (90 minutes on a Zoom call) you walk us through your common jobs and what you charge for them. We turn it into a pricing sheet your agent reads from. You can update prices anytime through a simple form — no developer needed.

What if the AI quotes wrong?

Every quote it sends is a range, not a fixed price ("£950–£1,300, subject to survey"). The actual price is locked at survey. We've never had a customer come back saying we lowballed them — but if we do, we cover the gap up to £200/job out of our monthly fee.

Will my customers know it's AI?

Yes. First reply says "Hi, I'm the office assistant for [firm name] — quick question…" and flagged or complex messages route to you within 15 minutes during business hours. Customers usually thank us for replying so fast.

Will it nag overdue customers in a way that loses me work?
