The honest small print

Three things we get asked about every week. Here's the straight answer.

What happens if CLOSER doesn't know the answer?

It stops. Every reply is scored for confidence. If it's below the threshold you set (default 75%), the message gets flagged and waits in your inbox with a one-line "needs human" note. CLOSER never makes things up — it would rather escalate than guess. About 5–8% of messages typically need a human, in our internal pilots.

Is there a fair-use policy on the unlimited tier?

Yes — Autonomous is unlimited for normal SME use (we've seen up to ~8,000 replies/month without issue). If you're an agency handling 50,000+ replies/month across multiple brands, you belong on Enterprise. We'll tell you long before you hit any cap, and we won't surprise-bill you.

What about abusive or prompt-injection attempts?

CLOSER refuses anything outside its scope. Customers trying to get it to talk about competitors, share private info, or jailbreak the model get a polite "I can't help with that — let me get a human" reply, and the message is flagged for your review. We monitor this network-wide and patch quickly.
