You sign in to (e.g.) WhatsApp Business with the account you already use. We never see your password — we use the official OAuth/Meta Business flow. You can revoke access from your own settings at any moment.
CLOSER reads your last 30 days of sent messages on that channel. That's how it learns your voice. You can review and edit the tone profile before going live. Zero training data leaves your tenant.
Start in "approve mode" — every reply is a draft you click to send. After a fortnight (most customers), switch to autonomous with a confidence threshold you control. Always reversible.
