Where Drift genuinely wins
- B2B website chat for enterprise revenue teams. If your buyers are landing on your website to research before they buy and you sell to large companies, Drift's account-based routing + conversational landing pages are genuinely best-in-class. We're not building for that buyer.
- Salesloft integration. Now that Drift is part of Salesloft, if you already live in Salesloft for outbound cadences, Drift's chat slots in natively. We don't.
- Conversational marketing playbooks. Drift pioneered the chat-as-first-touch-for-demo-bookings playbook. If your inbound demand engine is built on that, they've thought about more edge cases than we have.
